These holds are reasonably positive, but very comfy to yank on. The thumb divot enables maximum squeeze, allowing you to fully engage your hand on the holds. Great for training your crimpy crush.

Each hold is CNC machined from a solid piece of hardwood. They come as a symmetrical pair.
